Browsing and hosting
Hostinger hosts this website and provides its delivery infrastructure. Serving pages and protecting the service involves technical connection data such as IP addresses, request times, requested resources and server responses. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. The operator does not keep a separate archive of individual browsing activity or use these records to build advertising profiles.
Voluntary email enquiries
If you write to us, we use your email address, your name if supplied and the information needed to answer. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to communications you initiate; where an enquiry concerns a requested contract, necessary pre-contractual steps may also apply. We do not add enquiry senders to a marketing list. Please do not send identity documents, bank details or unnecessary information about other people.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while they are being handled and for up to 12 months after closure, with periodic review. Information needed for a legal obligation or claim is restricted for the applicable period. Technical logs are used while necessary to detect and resolve incidents, subject to the hosting service’s rotation cycles; if an incident requires evidence, only the necessary records are retained for that purpose and any applicable responsibilities.
Service providers and external links
Hosting providers process technical data to deliver and secure the service. Email enquiries sent to the published temporary contact are handled through Google Gmail. Hostinger’s data processing addendum (opens in a new tab) describes its subprocessors and safeguards for international transfers where applicable. You may request information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your communication. The website loads its own images, styles and silent video; it does not automatically load a YouTube player. Following an external listening link takes you to a service with its own privacy terms.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests. Write to rcmgranada@gmail.com or the postal address in the legal notice. Identity checks will be proportionate to the request. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (opens in a new tab).
No commercial tracking
This edition has no accounts, newsletter, payment collection, advertising pixels or embedded third-party players. Optional analytics is described below and stays off unless you accept it. It does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Optional analytics and your choice
Google Analytics 4 measures basic page visits only after you accept analytics, on the basis of consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Before acceptance and after refusal, no Google Analytics runtime or measurement ping loads. The tag does not enable Google Signals, advertising, remarketing or enhanced measurement. It measures no forms and sends no form values, email addresses, phone numbers, page titles, URL queries or fragments; referrers are reduced to their origin.
Google Ireland Limited and its providers process Analytics service data under their terms; international transfers may apply with the safeguards described in those terms. Analytics may process technical identifiers, network/IP information, device/browser data and page visits after consent. Read Google privacy information and Analytics data collection.
Analytics retention and withdrawal
The property retains event-level data for two months and user-level data for fourteen months; new user activity resets the user-data retention period. Standard aggregated reports may be retained longer. These are the settings read on 28 October 2026; no retention setting was changed for this release.
The browser records your acceptance or refusal in sientt.analytics.choice.v1 for 180 days, solely to honour your preference. Optional _ga and _ga_* cookies identify visits/sessions after acceptance, for up to two years subject to browser limits and service settings. Open Cookie settings and choose Reject analytics to withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Refusal is saved first; if the Google runtime was active, measurement is disabled, accessible Analytics cookies are removed and the page reloads without Google.
